JUMO PCA 3000 is a Windows-based software application for archiving, visualizing, and analyzing process data recorded by JUMO’s paperless recorders and data loggers (for example, the LOGOSCREEN series). It consolidates measurement files from portable media or networked devices, stores them in a tamper-evident archive, and presents the results in clear trend charts, tables, and reports. Engineers and quality managers can zoom, use cursors, compare channels, review alarms, analyze batches, calculate statistics, add annotations, and create print-ready documentation. The software can automate data harvesting from multiple instruments via the PCA Communication Server and export findings to common formats such as CSV, PDF, and image files for use in broader quality systems. Optional, license-dependent functions support 21 CFR Part 11–oriented workflows—such as user management, audit trails, and electronic signatures—when properly configured, helping regulated industries document data integrity. Typical applications include pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, heat treatment, and water/wastewater monitoring, where long-term traceability and reliable records are essential.
